RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FOOD
SERVICE EQUIPMENT CONTRACT AT THE
EXHIBIT HALL OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE
EVENTS CENTER WITH WICHITA
RESTAURANT SUPPLY, INC. AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
December 29, 1995 with Wichita Restaurant Supply Inc. for food
service equipment at the Exhibit Hall of the Multi-Purpose Events
Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Wichita Restaurant Supply, Inc. for food
service equipment at the Exhibit Hall of the Multi-Purpose Events
Center is hereby found to be satisfactorily completed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of July, 1996.
