RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE EXHIBIT HALL
ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER PROJECT BY
ACE ELECTRIC CO. , INC. AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
January 3 , 1995 with Ace Electric Co. , Inc. for the Exhibit Hall
electrical construction of the Multi-Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Ace Electric Co. , Inc. for the Exhibit
Hall electrical construction of the Multi-Purpose Events Center
is hereby found to be satisfactorily completed.
