RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR KEMP PUBLIC LIBRARY REROOFING
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of Kemp Public Library Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Armored Roofing Co. , Inc . , who bid a lump sum price equalling
34 , 820 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Armored Roofing Co. , Inc . , in the
amount of $34 , 820 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of June, 199 .
