RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
TO A CONTRACT WITH PALCO MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR THE PLUMBING AND
MECHANICAL WORK AT THE EXHIBIT HALL OF
THE MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER COMPLEX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Palco Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for
plumbing and mechanical work at the Exhibit Hall of the Multi-
Purpose Events Center Complex is hereby increased by Change Order
No. 3 in the amount of $845.80 bringing the total contract amount
to $917 , 781. 64 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of June, 1996.
