RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
TO A CONTRACT WITH ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXHIBIT HALL OF THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of the Exhibit Hall is hereby increased by Change
Order No. 5 in the amount of $3 , 017 . 23 in order to install U
shape trim for movable wall panels; relocate an exterior aluminum
window and door frame; and furnish and install 39 dektites for
extra electrical conduit. The new contract amount after this
change order is $4 , 704 , 266. 72 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of June 1996.
