RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR 1996 CDBG MILL AND OVERLAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of 1996 CDBG Mill and Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
bid unit prices equallingZackBurkettCo. , who b p q g the sum of
102, 541 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Co. , in the amount of
102 , 541 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day o June, 1996 .
