RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO
A CONTRACT WITH MCGRATH BROTHERS CONCRETE FOR
CONCRETE PAVING FOR THE SOUTH SITE OF THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with McGrath Brothers Concrete for concrete
paving of the South Site area of the Multi-Purpose Events Center
is hereby increased by Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
33 , 649 . 89 in order to raise a manhole, haul off trash, tree
removal, water hydrant system, demolition at Third and Burnett,
and additional paving and curbing. The new contract amount after
this Change Order is $1, 681, 149 . 89 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of May, 1996.
