RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
TO A CONTRACT WITH ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXHIBIT HALL OF THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of the Exhibit Hall is hereby increased by Change
Order No. 4 in the amount of $8 , 856 in order to make floor
repairs in the kitchen; upgrade fire extinguishers; furnish and
install sliding window at the Seminar Room, FRP on walk-in cooler
and freezer, 11 dead locks, blinds at AG Reception; add
additional trim around doors, etc. ; furnish bookcase for the
south booth; ECCI bond and profit; and furnish kitchen
appliances. The new contract amount after this change order is
4 , 701, 249 . 49.
