RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER
NO. 2 TO A CONTRACT WITH B. W.
STRAYHORN FOR DEMOLITION WORK OF
THE SOUTH SITE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
FOR THE MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, THAT:
The contract with B. W. Strayhorn for demolition work at the
south site of the Multi-Purpose Events Center is hereby increased
by Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $4 , 120 in order to remove
six trees and a concrete box, and miscellaenous dirt work. The
new contract amount after this Change Order is $106, 253 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of May, 1996.
