RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH VISTA CABLEVISION FOR MOVEMENT OF ITS
FACILITIES FOR THE MCGRATH CREEK CHANNEL AND SPILLWAY
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, a not-to-exceed estimate has been submitted to the
City by Vista Cablevision in the amount of $20, 478 .45 for work
involved in the relocation of its facilities from in and around the
McGrath Creek drainage and utility easements .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to sign a Letter of Agreement
with Vista Cablevision for the relocation of their facilities at a
cost not to exceed $20, 478 .45 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of May, 1996 .
