RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH LONE STAR GAS COMPANY FOR MOVEMENT OF ITS
FACILITIES FOR THE MCGRATH CREEK CHANNEL AND SPILLWAY
IMPROVEMENTS .
WHEREAS, actual billing has been submitted to the City by
Lone Star Gas Company in the amount of $44 , 107 . 00 for the work
involved in the relocation of its facilities from in and around the
McGrath Creek drainage and utility easements .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to sign a Letter of Agreement
with Lone Star Gas Company for the relocation of their facilities
at an actual cost of $44, 107 . 00 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of May, 1996 .
