RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE SCOTLAND PARK
PAVILION ACCESS (CDBG) PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT TO RICHARD RAMIREZ CONCRETE
CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with Richard Ramirez Concrete Construction with the
estimated total cost of $5, 513 .46; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
5, 723 .40 of which $0 . 00 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $5, 723 .40; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Scotland Park Pavilion Access (CDBG) Project is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final
payment to the contractor.
