A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, REAPPOINTING LARRY
GILLEN AS JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT FOR A
TERM OF TWO YEARS; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS
DISCUSSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED
BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Larry Gillen was reappointed as Judge of the
Municipal Court by Resolution No. 82-94, and his current two-year
term expires on May 20, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Larry Gillen is hereby appointed Municipal Judge
of the City of Wichita Falls for a term of two years, beginning
May 20, 1996.
SECTION 2. It is officially found and determined that the
meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to the
public as required by law.
