RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH TU ELECTRIC FOR MOVEMENT OF ITS
FACILITIES FOR THE MCGRATH CREEK CHANNEL AND SPILLWAY
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a not-to-exceed estimate has been submitted to the
City by TU Electric in the amount of $70, 000 for the work
involved in the relocation of its facilities from the McGrath
Creek drainage and utility easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to sign the Letter of
Agreement with TU Electric for the relocation of their facilities
at a cost not to exceed $70, 000 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of May, 1996 .
