RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH TEXACO PIPELINE INC. FOR
MOVEMENT OF ITS FACILITY FOR THE MCGRATH CREEK
CHANNEL AND SPILLWAY IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a not-to-exceed estimate has been submitted
to the City by Texaco Pipeline Inc. in the amount of
164, 788 for the work involved in the relocation of its
facility from within and near the McGrath Creek drainage and
utility easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to sign the Letter of
Agreement with Texaco Pipeline Inc. for the relocation of
their facility at a cost not to exceed $164, 788 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of May, 1996 .
