RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT JASPER HIGH SERVICE PUMP PROJECT
AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Control Specialist,
Inc . of Roanoke, Texas to install a new High Service Pump at the
Jasper Street Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the original contract price of $109, 500 is also the
final contract price;
WHEREAS, we previously have paid the contractor $107, 310,
leaving an amount due of $2, 190; and,
WHEREAS, the Staff has found the project meets contract
specifications and has recommended that the Council accept the
project as complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to install a High Service Pump at the Jasper
Street Water Treatment Plant is hereby accepted as complete, and
the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $2 , 190
to the contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of May, 1996 .
