RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT TO JALYN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT OF
SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATIONS 40 AND 41
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the replacement of Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations 40 and 41,
which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Jalyn Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $222, 840 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Jalyn Construction Company with an
estimated total of $22 , 840 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project .
