RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR SCOTLAND PARK PAVILION ACCESS
CDBG) PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of Scotland Park Pavilion Access (CDBG)
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Richard Ramirez Concrete Construction, who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $5, 513 .46 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Richard Ramirez Concrete Construction
in the amount of $5, 513 .46 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for this project .
