RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1995 STREET
RESURFACING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO ZACK BURKETT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with Zack Burkett Co. with the completed total cost of
714 , 121 . 51 of which $606, 919 . 74 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $107, 201 . 77; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1995 Street Resurfacing Project is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
