RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD OF BID
FOR RENTAL OF A TROMMEL SCREEN FOR
USE BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for rental of a Trommel Screen, and,
WHEREAS, bids were opened on January 9, 1996 by the
Purchasing Agent, and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a summary of the bids
for the rental of a trommel screen and has determined the
lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Powerscreen of Texas be accepted for the
Trommel Screen as specified by the bid documents .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day7 February,996 .
