RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR NATURE WORKS TRAIL
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of Nature Works Trail Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Duke Construction Co. , who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
124, 022 . 92 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Duke Construction Co. in the amount
of $124 , 022 . 92 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project .
