A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS NOMINATING FOUR MEMBERS TO SERVE ON
THE APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD OF THE WICHITA COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the terms of service of four Appraisal Review
Board members of the Wichita Appraisal District expired
January 1, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Wichita
Appraisal District has asked the entities to submit names
for potential nominees for these expired terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Charles Whit Mr. Randy Holler Mr. Joe Johnson
and are hereby nominated for appointment to
the Appraisal Review Board.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and
determined that the meeting at which this resolution was
passed was open to the public as required by law.
