RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER NINE WITH ATLANTIC
SOUTHEAST AIRLINES, INC. , FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has a lease agreement
with Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc. , and;
WHEREAS, the City and the Lessee desire to extend the term of
such lease until December 31, 1996, for the same rental rates and
other provisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The ninth amendment to the contract with Atlantic Southeast
Airlines, Inc. , is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the same for the City.
