RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEMOLITION WORK
FOR THE SOUTH SITE AND NORTH SITE
PARKING AREA OF THE MULTI- PURPOSE
EVENTS CENTER BY B. W. STRAYHORN
COMPANY AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
July 25, 1995 with B. W. Strayhorn Company for demolition
work on the north and south sites of the Multi - Purpose
Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed
the work of the contractor and found it to be completed in
accordance with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with B. W. Strayhorn Company for
demolition work on the north and south sites of the Multi-
Purpose Events Center is hereby found to be sa::i::;'actorily
completed.
