RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. FOR THE
DESIGN OF A SECONDARY CONTAINMENT FACILITY AT THE WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,122.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, owns a fuel storage
facility at the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, a secondary containment facility and spill counter
measures plan is required, and;
WHEREAS, the City desires to execute a contract with Freese and
Nichols, Inc., for the design of the containment facility and the
required spill counter measures plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and
Freese and Nichols, Inc., is hereby approved and the city Manager is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
