RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR WITH SIMMONS
AIRLINES, INC., FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT WICHITA FALLS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has a lease agreement
with Simmons Airlines, Inc., and;
WHEREAS, the City and the Lessee desire to extend the term of
such lease until January 31, 1998, for the same rental rates and other
provisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The fourth amendment to the contract with Simmons Airlines, Inc.,
is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City.
