RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO TU
ELECTRIC FOR MOVEMENT OF ELECTRICAL UTILITIES FOR
MCGRATH CREEK CHANNEL.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had previously entered into a contract with TU
Electric, to relocate electrical utilities to facilitate the McGrath Creek construction; and,
WHEREAS, the actual cost of relocating the electrical utilities equals the cost estimate
originally submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The invoice from TU Electric in the amount of $70,000 is approved for payment.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of February, 1997.
