RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE YEAR LICENSE TO THE YMCA FOR ITSE
OF BALLFIELDS IN KIWANIS AND JAYCEE PARKS.
WHEREAS, The YMCA has requested use of eleven baseball fields in
Kiwanis and Jaycee Parks for the 1997 season; and,
WHEREAS, the organization has performed admirably on these fields in
previous seasons; and,
WHEREAS, the YMCA has agreed to the attached license terms and
conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A license, as attached, is hereby granted to the YMCA to have extended
reservation privilege for use of eleven ballflelds in Kiwanis and Jaycee Parks for the
1997 season.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of February 1997.
