RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
ARCHITECTURAL FIRM OF DDI ARCHITECTS FOR
HEALTH DEPARTMENT REROOFING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to engage an
architectural firm for the architectural services related to the
Health Department Reroofing Project;
WHEREAS, the Staff has proposed the City engage the firm of
DDi Architects for this purpose; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with
the architectural firm for the purposes stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with DDi Architects for architectural services
is hereby approved with an amount of $8,450.00 for the base
services as defined in the contract.
