RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECL TE
ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS OFFICIALS
ASSOCIATION FOR ATHLETIC LEAGUE OFFICIATING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the North Central Texas Officials Association has performed
very satisfactorily for City athletic leagues; and,
WHEREAS, the City continues to desire the contracted services of the
Association; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract as attached with
the North Central Texas Officials Association for the provision of officiating services
at City athletic leagues through February, 1998.
