A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS NOMINATING THREE WICHITA FALLS REPRESENTATIVES TO
SERVE ON THE APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD OF THE WICHITA
APPRAISAL DISTRICT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the terms of service of five Appraisal Review Board members expired
January 1, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, three of those members who have expired terms represent the City of
Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District has asked
certain entities to submit names, to the Wichita Appraisal District, of representatives
recommended for appointment to the Appraisal Review Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. —Robert Schl eider
and are hereby nominated to fill the three positions
reserved for Wichita Falls representatives on the Appraisal Review Board. These names
will be furnished to the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District for
consideration when making appointments.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which
this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
