RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWEST CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL
V, LTD., FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT THE WICHITA FALLS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls wishes to maintain and operate
the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport at the highest level of service
possible for its citizens and visitors, and;
WHEREAS, car rental services are essential to achieving that
goal, and;
WHEREAS, Southwest Car and Truck Rental V, Ltd., desires to
locate a rental car agency at the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and Southwest
Car and Truck Rental V, Ltd., is hereby approved and the City Manager
is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
