A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A 25 FOOT BUILDING SETBACK LINI,
ON ALL LOTS AT LAKE ARROWHEAD. FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS DISCUSSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, a plat map of, 'the lease lots at Lake Arrowhead is on file in the Lake Lot Administration
office and said map is referenced in the lease agreements, and,
WHEREAS, said plat map, dated April 24, 1967, established the front building limit line for shoreline
lots at 50 feet and 10 feet from adjacent streets, and
WHEREAS, numerous structures have been erected 25 feet from the front property line on water-
front lots, as many lots could not have been utilized if the 50 foot requirement was met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I. The building Ili-nit line on the City-owned lease lots at Lake Arrowhead shall be
established at 25 feet from the front property line and a side setback of 10 feet shall be established, if the
lot is adjacent to a street.
SECTION 2, It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this resolution
was passed was open to the public as required by law.
