RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR BONNER
STREET SANITARY SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT (CDBG)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction of the Bonner
Street Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement Project (CDBG); and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is PM Construction Company who
made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $39,400.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of PM Construction Company, with an estimated total of $39,400.00 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of March, 1997.
