RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
PHASE 2 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
COLLECTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Phase 2 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Collection System Replacement Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is PM Construction
Company who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1,391,517.00.
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of PM Construction Company with an estimated total of
$1,391,517.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of March, 1997.
