RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE LYNWOOD EAST ROOF
REPLACEMENT (CDBG) PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO ARMORED ROOFING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a lump sum contract with Armored
Roofing Company with the total cost of $10,251.00;
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $10,251.00 of which $0.00
has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of $10,251.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Lynwood East Roof Replacement (CDBG) Project is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of March, 1997.
