RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
CDBG WILLIAMS PARK TRAIL EXTENSION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the CDBG Williams Park Trail
Extension Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder
is Zack Burkett Company who submitted a unit price bid with
an estimated total of $132,006.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company, with an
estimated total of $132,006.00 is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction of such
project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of April, 1997.
