RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR REHAB OF LIFT
STATION 3 AND 29 PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction of the Rehab
of Lift Station 3 and 29 Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Wichita Contractors, Inc. who
made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $103,040.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Wichita Contractors, Inc., with an estimated total of $103,040 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor
for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of April, 1997.
