RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO DACO COMPANY FOR
TURBIDITY METERS TO INSTALL AT WATER
TREATMENT PLANTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for twenty (20) turbidity
meters to be installed at the Water Treatment Plants; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the bids received and finds that Daco
Company is the lowest responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for twenty (20) turbidity meters is hereby awarded to Daco Company in
the amount of $24,700, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate
contract for the purchase of the meters.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of May, 1997.
