RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
LAKE KICKAPOO MOTOR STARTER REPLACEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Lake Kickapoo Motor Starter Replacement Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Jack Peirce Electric
Company who made a unit price bid with a total of $71,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Jack Peirce Electric Company, with a total of $71,500 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of May, 1997.
