RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
HEALTH DEPARTMENT RE -ROOF PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Health Department Re -Roof Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Lydick -Hooks
Roofing who made a lump sum bid with a total of $132,155.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Lydick -Hooks Roofing, with a total of $132,155 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of June, 1997.
