RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
1997 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the 1997 Street Resurfacing Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Zack Burkett
Company who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $439,444.90.

OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company, with an estimated total of
$439,444.90 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of June, 1997.
