RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
HAMILTON PARK TENNIS COURTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Hamilton Park Tennis Courts Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Duke Construction
who made a lump sum bid with a total of $59,325.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Duke Construction, with a total of $59,325 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of June, 1997.
