RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH HNTB COMPANIES FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, owns and operates the
Wichita Falls Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the airport parking ramp is in need of repair; and
WHEREAS, HNTB Companies is qualified to design the required
repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and HNTB
Companies for engineering design work at the Wichita Falls Municipal
Airport is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to
execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of June, 1997.
