A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
TWENTY-FIVE (25) OUTDOOR WARNING SIRENS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for
twenty-five (25) outdoor warning sirens.
Section 2: Should the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls expand such
that additional sirens are warranted, the City Manager is authorized to make
provisions for these additional sirens.
Section 3: It is the intent of the City Council that this project be funded from 4B
sales tax revenues.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of August, 1997.
