RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE BONNER STREET
WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO PM CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with PM
Construction with the estimated total cost of $39,400;
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $47,190 of which
$46,246.20 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of
$943.80; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Bonner Street Wastewater Improvements Project is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of August, 1997.
