WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the 1997 Alley Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is McGrath Brothers
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $265,727.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of McGrath Brothers, with an estimated total of $265,727.00 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of August, 1997.
