RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FROM MERTINS IRRIGATION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $41,200 FOR IRRIGATION IN LAMAR PARK
WHEREAS, bids for the installation of an irrigation system in Lamar Park were
properly solicited and opened; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid from Mertins Irrigation in the amount of $41,200 is a
good bid for the project; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to complete the installation of the irrigation within the
fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The low bid from Mertins Irrigation in the amount of $41,200 is hereby accepted
for the installation of an irrigation system in Lamar Park.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of August, 1997.
