WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Jasper Standpipe and Denver Elevated Tank Paint Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Ground Up, Inc. who
made a lump sum bid with a total of $69,569.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Ground Up, Inc., with a total of $69,569 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of August, 1997.
