Res 122-97 8/19/1997RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR CYPRESS
WATER TREATMENT PLANT FLOW METERS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Cypress Water Treatment Plant Flow Meters Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Wichita Contractors,
Inc. who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $47,448.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Wichita Contractors, Inc., with an estimated total of $47,448
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of August, 1997.
